About Me.


My Story.
I’m a personal trainer with 14 years of experience in the world of fitness and physical activity.
Sport has always been my passion and my lifestyle.
I love being in shape—and helping others get there too: stronger, more agile, and closer to their best version.
My background includes a Higher Degree in Physical Activity and Sports, a Master’s in Multidisciplinary Training, and certifications in indoor cycling, cardiobox, bodypump, and high-intensity group training.
I’ve had the privilege of working in major fitness chains like Virgin Active and Holmes Place (now We/On), where I’ve trained a wide range of clients and learned to understand their individual needs.
My approach is based on biomechanics, personalized training, and long-term planning—always tailored to each person.
I believe in empathy and in offering exclusive, close-up attention.
My goal is to help every client feel more confident in their body, understand how it works, and get results effectively.
In group workouts, I blend music and movement to create a motivating experience in every session—pushing you to give your best and go beyond your limits to reach your goals.
