There are weeks when the body doesn’t respond, the character hides, and the chaos… well, the chaos triples.
You try to eat well, get enough rest, train, and still be a functional human with coherent emotions.Spoiler: you fail.
Sometimes the biggest achievement of the day is not replying “I don’t care” to everything. Sometimes it’s taking a shower. Sometimes it’s changing yesterday’s T-shirt and pretending you’ve got it all under control.
Not every day comes with epic trauma or life-changing revelations. Some days are just grey — and all they ask is that you don’t hate yourself for not shining.
And that, too, is body. That, too, is character. And chaos… well, chaos already has its reserved seat.
