This is what happens when you’ve trained your body for years, but one day you realize the heaviest thing isn’t the bench press — it’s the frustration of not being where you wish you were.


Yes, I talk about muscles here.But also about anxiety, breakups, insecurities, moving cities, shedding skin, career chaos, and existential messes.


I’m not a guru. I’m just someone who had to hold themselves up when everything around was falling apart. (someone like you)
