Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Personal Training Packages and Vouchers (In-Person) 1. Cancellation or Rescheduling with More than 24 Hours' Notice: If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice, it will not be counted as completed and you can reschedule it within the scope of your voucher or package. 2. Cancellation or Rescheduling with Less than 24 Hours' Notice: If you give less than 24 hours' notice before the session, the session will be counted as completed and cannot be rescheduled or recovered. The session fee is considered paid. 3. No Show: If you do not show up for the session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and cannot be rescheduled or recovered. 4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can arise. If you have an unexpected event, please contact us as soon as possible. Each situation will be evaluated individually.
